Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our services as a Recruitment Administrator to work across services in the fostering division (By the Bridge, Fostering Support Group, Park Foster Care and TLC Fostering). This Role will be pivotal to the Recruitment and Assessment Process ensuring timely responses to initial enquiries and arranging initial home visits in consultation with services for potential fostering households. This also includes the end to end administration related to the recruitment and assessment process. The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil specific responsibilities and meet targets in relation to foster parent recruitment and assessments.

About CareTech Fostering Division:

The Fostering Division is made up of four unique, innovative and dynamic independent fostering agencies providing high quality foster care and services to children and their foster families. These include By the Bridge, Fostering Support Group, Park Foster Care and TLC Fostering. Our services are based in England and Wales working in partnership with local authorities to meet the needs of children and young people. Services provide a range of placements with support from a multi-disciplinary team working directly with foster parents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an office environment, be a strong team player with a can-do attitude and ability to use own initiative.
