Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team looking after both The Treehouse Club nursery and M.O.E. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services and supporting the external marketing agencices that we use. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and ultimately driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business., Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and website content
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update the company's website using WordPress
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they are of high quality and align with brand guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams on marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in SEO techniques to improve website visibility
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Solid understanding of IT systems and experience working with WordPress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred but not required

    The role is 25 hours per week which must be over at least 4 days, we are flexible to discuss slightly varying hours, with the salary payable being the FTE adjusted pro-rata for the agreed working hours. This role has a salary with a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) of £40,000., Childcare
