Full Job Description

Working directly with the Head of Marketing, as a Marketing Executive, your role will be to assist with the marketing activity for the company with aims to improve the company's digital presence and generate new business.

You will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Marketing with various activities aimed at promoting our products/services, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analysing data, and contributing creative ideas to enhance our marketing strategies.

Hours of work. Location & salary

Salary - £30-35k DOE

Full Time- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage all social media channels, developing strategies to organically grow following, increase engagement and brand awareness.

· Take lead on paid social media strategy and execute campaigns.

· Create visual and written content for social media, website, blog articles and email marketing.

· Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

· Attend and assist with the organisation of external events such as trade shows and internal events such as charity fundraising.

· Assisting with the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials

· Analyse marketing data to report on monthly and utilise for personal KPIs.

· Proactively participating in meetings, putting forward observations and new ideas to drive the success of both marketing and wider team activities.

· 360° marketing experience in a similar role.

· Someone with a creative eye, with the ability to bring ideas to life.

· Experience using and growing social media channels.

· Ability to create visual content, using graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.

· Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Experience editing and updating web pages.

· Ability to take own initiative and work independently.

· Confident multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise relevant tasks.,

  • Digital marketing: 2 years (required)

  • Social media management: 1 year (required)

  • Canva: 1 year (preferred)
