Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Catering Assistant to join a high achieving, successful and forward- looking team of staff on a permanent basis. As a valued member of the kitchen team, the post holder will work under the supervision of the Chef. This post requires self-motivation and a commitment to providing a high-level service to the Academy. The successful candidate will have ideally had experience in a catering environment and have good understanding of food hygiene.

Hours of work: Part-time, 27.5 hours per week, Permanent, Term-time only.

This post holder will work under the supervision of the Head Chef to ensure that a top quality, efficient and effective catering service and dining experience is provided at the Trust for students, staff, visitors and external hire. Experience working within the catering industry and some form of leadership skills is a must. The catering department for the Archway Learning Trust are about to undergo a streamlining of operational success and is looking for candidates to help drive the change within their respective school and across the trust.
