Full Job Description

As a Key Account Director (KAD) at Travelodge, you'll be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the account development strategy for a diverse portfolio of key corporate accounts and travel management companies (TMCs). Your role involves managing and cultivating direct corporate relationships within the framework of Key Agents, preparing comprehensive account development plans, and forecasting sales performance. You'll negotiate annual contracts, ensuring transparent commission structures, rates, and allocation strategies. As a role model for exemplary client relationship and account development practices, you'll identify opportunities to maintain and grow revenue and market share while showcasing Travelodge hotel portfolio to both prospective and existing corporate customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll work to enhance the customer booking journey and service proposition. Additionally, you'll represent Travelodge at industry events, contributing to the
company's visibility and reputation within the hospitality sector.

Your role will involve influencing corporate travel policies, nurturing multi-level relationships, and implementing win-win commercial strategies to exceed revenue targets.
