We have an exciting new opportunity for a strategic, passionate and proactive IT Project Manager to aid in the transformation of technology across our business and pub estate.

Part of a newly formed team of 3, you will help our departmental leads achieve some of their strategic objectives through digital projects. With effective communication and collaboration with our different business functions, you will help improve operational effectiveness, project delivery practices and governance through a transformation in our technology.,

  • Projects having the required quality, e.g. projects capable of delivering the benefits defined in the Business Case, meeting the defined requirements and delivering to the agreed scope, time and cost

  • Plan and design project plans, and proactively monitor overall progress and interdependencies

  • Monitor for exceptions, identify risks and potential blockers to successful delivery and develop successful treatment actions

  • Management of project budget, risks & issues, status reporting, communications, resources, benefits, coordination and planning across teams

  • Tender third-party partner services and manage partner delivery performance

  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and partners; bringing people together and finding solutions to challenges

    Demonstrable experience in achieving project success and how value can be added in assuring future project success

  • Proven digital project management and business transformations experience across multiple applications, processes and business functions

  • Professional project management accreditation/certification, e.g., PMI, APM, Prince, Scrum, SAFe, etc. is desirable

  • Exposure to project delivery through matrix-structure and hybrid approach

  • Effective communication and user adoption to secure business readiness and manage third-party partners

  • Stakeholder engagement with understanding of differing perspectives and needs

  • RAID management, including contingency planning and assumption-based risk management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Halo Service Desk or similar web-based applications

  • Implementation and/or user experience in ERP, CRM or e-commerce solutions is desirable

  • Application of agile practices, including agile business processes and project delivery practices

  • Exposure as a Scrum Master or Scrum Meetings is desirable

  • Lean training, qualification, and hands-on experience

  • Experience with technologies in business intelligence, social media, augmented reality, machine learning and artificial intelligence is desirable
