Full Job Description

We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our busy warehousing and logistics team, with a responsibility for completing critical inventory daily tasks in a timely and accurate manner, covering Clinigen's Byfleet and 3PL warehouses.,

  • Oversee inventory and supply chain management accordingly to company guidelines for Clinigen and 3PL warehouses

  • Perform critical inventory system tasks including;


  • releasing and processing internal requisitions,

  • 3PL receipting,

  • sub-inventory moves and approved stock adjustments


  • Review, troubleshoot and manually interface all open sales orders escalated by the CS SME's for Clinigen and all 3PL warehouses, actions including;
  • manual adjustments/movements due to interface, Integration or EDI failure.

  • raise and track IT tickets for any system related issues that may arise,

  • support with UAT and validation for any data fixes through to resolution.


  • Run expired stock reports periodically and request approvals from stakeholders/business divisions. Liaise with Clinigen and 3PLs warehouses to process all approve destructions in a timely manner

    Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfer, cycle counts and stock takes

    Review inventory reports and monitor SKUs to highlight discrepancies; troubleshoot quantitiesdiscrepancies between stock and records for Clinigen and 3PL warehouses

    Respond to Inventory inquiries internally and externally in a timely manner

    Support with UAT and validation where applicable for new system updates

    Nurture positive relationships with business functions, 3PL warehouse contacts and provide great customer service

  • Previous experience of operating in a similar inventory focused role is essential

  • Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software and working with WMS essential with core understanding of system transactions and processes

  • Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions

  • Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous

  • English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)
