Full Job Description

· Analyse and review stock, sales and intake position at line, category, and branch level

· Place PO's to agreed lead times ensuring optimum stock level within budget

· Review daily, weekly Inventory KPI's - present a summary to management team reporting on exceptions, highlighting issues/risks and proposing remedial action

· Manage branch stock profiles in line with sales and capacity plan

· Monitor supplier performance, track conformance to SLA's and take action to enforce appropriate level of performance

· Produce weekly analysis and reports

· Manage the Critical Path process, track milestones and resolve issues

· Build strong and successful working relationships with suppliers and internal departments

· Inventory planning and management across UK, EU and FE sources

· Working knowledge of Line Flows, WSSI and OTB processes

· Thorough understanding of all inventory performance KPI's

· Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

· A problem solver and team player also able to use initiative

· Excellent MS Outlook and Excel skills,

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
