ICT Solutions & Monitoring Officer

Support the ICT Customer Services Manager in the provision of the service. Order new equipment and arrange delivery to ICT service users in an efficient and timely manner. Assist in the development of ICT procedures and policies. Assist in the preparation of ad hoc and routine billing and monitoring reports. Input into and maintain an inventory of ICT hardware and software. Administer access to network and application systems. Obtaining quotations from Suppliers for Hardware and Software. Provide advanced telephone advice to ICT users. Provide assistance to the Infrastructure and IT operations teams. Provide advice to users on the correct use of ICT equipment. Log and update calls on the IT Service Desk. Work with the Infrastructure support team to assign and prioritise work. Deal with suppliers for orders, returns and repairs.
