Full Job Description

AWE are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Programme/People Transformation Manager with SC Clearance to lead strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational change.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead. planning, execution, and delivery of HR transformation programmes and projects working across multiple workstreams., ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
+ Producing Board packs/material.
+ Develop and maintain programme plans, budgets, and resource allocations, and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
+ Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful programme outcomes.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership, HR business partners, and key stakeholders to define programme objectives, scope, and success criteria.
+ Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate programme updates, gather feedback, and address concerns or issues as needed.
+ Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to facilitate collaboration and alignment on programme activities.
+ Engage employees at all levels of the organisation to promote understanding, acceptance, and participation in change efforts.
+ Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and change champions to facilitate effective change management practices.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and interventions, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and protocols, including maintaining confidentiality, handling sensitive information securely, and adhering to relevant regulations and policies.
Essentials:
+ Active SC Clearance

+ Experience in People Change
+ Experience producing Board packs/material.
+ Demonstrable experience working across multiple workstreams.
+ Someone who can manage a large-scale people programme.
+ Restructuring
+ Contractual change
+ Able to manage governance
+ Stakeholder management
+ Familiar with MS Office
Desirable
+ Experience working in a highly regulated background, nuclear or other.
+ Experience is more important than qualifications.
+ Ideally a sole UK national is preferred., Disability confident
