Homeless Prevention Worker

As a Homeless Prevention Worker, you will provide essential housing advice and support to young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of homelessness. You'll engage directly with these individuals, assessing their housing situations, developing tailored prevention plans, and assisting them in finding suitable accommodation when required. Additionally, you will advocate on their behalf, liaising with external agencies to secure the best possible outcomes.

This role offers the chance to directly contribute to preventing youth homelessness and changing lives for the better.
