Head of Guest Experience / Rooms Division Manager

The hotel is due to embark on a multi-million pound transformation therefore experience of taking a hotel through a repositioning project would be preferred. You will drive everything "guest", working closely with your team to create genuinely curated experiences for all that walk through our doors. You will drive significant change by developing and empowering your team to deliver an experience which is unparalleled in the area. Your background will be rooms division and you will oversee our front office, including reception, welcome hosts and door team, as well housekeeping.

Head of Guest Experience / Rooms Division Manager - Francis Hotel - £45,000 plus bonus, healthcare, enhanced pension.

Onsite - Shifts over seven days
