Full Job Description

Based at our Northampton Head Office, Briggs & Forrester Group are looking to expand our IT Support Team by employing an IT Coordinator.

The role is to be offered as a full-time position but part-time hours are available for the right candidate.

Within the role as an IT Coordinator you will be expected to provide general administration using the Microsoft Office Suite, setting up and maintaining administrative procedures and quality management systems and support the IT team. Other elements of the role will include procurement activities including administration and coordinating project site installs.

Key responsibilities and deliverables :

  • Reconciling invoices /purchase orders.

  • Assist with co-ordination of new site setups.

  • Organise all Photocopier installs, decommissions and relocations.

  • Administer our mobile and DDI estate. (Mobile Device Management (MDM)

  • Editing of Active Directory users.

  • Administer staff expenses and holiday platform.

  • Administer our Door Access system.

  • Ordering consumables for network printer estate.

    A good educational background is essential

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills


  • Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' administrative support experience.

  • Excellent computer and IT skills including; Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Understanding of IT terminology.

  • Experience of mobile billing.
