Full Job Description
Reporting to the Sales & Office Manager, your main duties will include:
- Responding to incoming telephone and email enquiries
- Taking messages for colleagues where necessary
- Updating the internal works diary and raising job sheets
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to CVA
- Filing correspondence and other records
- Supporting the main Office Manager
- Any other administrative task that fall within the accountability of the Sales Office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a busy office. Have excellent communication and listening skills, a good eye for detail, be computer literate and be able to input data accurately. - GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
We are looking for someone to join our team who can work independently and prioritise their workload, is self motivated, has a polite friendly manner along with an all round positive attitude. Experience of working in an administrative role and knowledge of Office 365 is essential. Full product training will be given.,
Experience:
