Full Job Description

As part of the talented full stack team you will be a strong team player, sharing your knowledge with other team members and contributing to continuously improving the business.

  • Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

  • Translate Figma designs and requirements into high-quality code

  • Collaborate closely with other team members to continually refine and enhance features or build new functionality

  • Assist in product improvements and innovation of the products

  • Review architecture and suggest improvements

  • Write high-quality code using ReactJS with full unit test coverage and be able to use Playwright or Storybook tests to cover some user journeys

    We are seeking a passionate and skilled Developer to join our innovative and forward-thinking team, who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ReactJS and GraphQL, with a focus on building optimised frontends. Full stack experience is looked upon very favourable, but not essential.


  • You'll play a crucial role in developing responsive, high-performing web applications that meet our clients' complex needs and contributing to the user experience with your expert knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.,
  • Proven experience as a ReactJS developer with a strong working understanding of GraphQL

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience.

  • Proficiency in core front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools e.g. WebPack, Yarn/NPM, Gulp

  • Experience with user interface design and responsive design practices

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical needs

  • A team player with excellent communication skills

  • Although you will primarily work on frontend, you would ideally have experience with working across the stack (specifically C# and SQL)

  • Experience with Azure or other cloud-based platforms and technologies is a plus

  • Driven and focused self-starter, great communicator, amazing follow-through-you have a great work ethic and love the responsibility of being individually empowered


  • Note: This is a hybrid working role where you will be expected to be onsite in our Haddenham office (HP17 8LJ) at least a couple of times each week.
