Full Job Description

  • Work hand-in-hand with our development squad to conceptualise, design, and uphold superior web applications, primarily focusing on Magento's frontend and Hyva builds.

  • Work on other platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress and Laravel where required.

  • Bring to life customised features, extensions, and platform integrations, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Uphold and enhance the visual performance and responsiveness of our clients' online platforms.

  • Engage in comprehensive code reviews, actively proposing and receiving constructive critiques.

  • Collaborate effectively with both our in-house team and clients, offering invaluable technical insights and support.

  • Stay abreast of the ever-evolving web trends, ensuring our designs remain fresh, user-centric, and ahead of the curve.

    A minimum of 5 years in frontend development, ideally within the eCommerce sector.

  • Proficiency in Magento 2's frontend development.

  • Sound knowledge of web essentials like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • An adeptness with PHP, MySQL, and MVC frameworks is a bonus.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Laravel, WordPress, and Shopware.

  • Mastery in using Git or similar version control systems.

  • A knack for problem-solving, paired with an ability to thrive both solo and within a collaborative environment.

  • Stellar communication prowess, both in pen and speech.


    • Brownie Points For:
  • Holding a Magento Developer Certification.

  • Hands-on experience with languages like Python, Ruby, or Java.

  • Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira or Teamwork.

    Salary range £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
