Factory Trainer

We are currently recruiting for Factory Trainer at our potato processing site in Westwick, Norfolk., The Factory Trainer will support the Training department in delivering high standards of training on the shift for agency workers, to help ensure operatives are skilled and competent to carry out their role. You will provide support and expertise to the shift with a view to maximising performance, as well as any other duties as instructed by your manager.

• Numeracy and literacy skills


• Good IT Skills


• Experience within an FMCG environment


• Previous experience delivering training


Required Criteria

• Right To Work In The UK


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Working experience within a similar role

Data Entry and Basic Computer Skills, Situation Evaluation and Analysis, Coaching and Mentoring
