Full Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join our Integrity department. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the surveying and coordinating of Fabric Maintenance scopes allowing the safe and efficient scope delivery. In addition, you will support Sites and Hubs with any Fabric Maintenance Queries.

Whilst this role is office based there will be a requirement to travel offshore to complete site surveys when requested.,

  • Ensure the execution of reviews of Integrity Team Repair Orders/ Operational FM Corrective Work Orders & FM team allocated Ptrac items as work scope preparation in anticipation of FM team delivery.

  • Review activity plan and assist with ordering materials in line with the execution strategy.

  • Ensure the provision of practical input to work scope planning, consulting with others including contractor supervision as appropriate, for assessment of delivering scopes.

  • Develop work scope plans for strategic delivery and local asset delivery of fabric maintenance.

  • Ensure active communication and co-ordination with FM Team, Integrity Team discipline specialists, planning department, wider PUK and vendors as necessary.

  • Ensure co-ordination of FM Repair/Corrective order completion evidence from FM teams and provide to Integrity Team and Operational Teams, as necessary for their review and closure within CMMS.

  • Ensure P4 Risk Assessment forms are completed for any Repair or Corrective Order scopes that will not be completed preventing the item to become overdue.

  • Support the Fabric Maintenance Project Manager and Fabric Maintenance Team Leader in ensuring they have all the upcoming scopes prepared for delivery.

  • Support FM Focal Points / team with information and technical knowledge when required.

  • Complete onshore / offshore site surveys and create drawings for materials required to complete work scopes.

  • Create work packs for larger project scopes.

  • Update FM trackers / folders with details of work scopes, estimates and any special requirements like Shutdown.

  • Review Repair / Corrective orders and challenge where required.

  • Manage FM Tools and certification.

  • Ensure value for money is achieved in both the specification and execution of all work activities.

  • Ensure completion of vendor work scopes and receipt of goods, verify goods received meet required work scope and financial expectations have been met.

    Minimum of 10 years offshore fabric maintenance execution experience across all FM trades with a bias towards black trade scopes

  • Ability to be able to clearly survey, complete fabrication drawings and complete work packs for the offshore teams.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised in a multidiscipline team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Computer literate.
