Full Job Description

A rare opportunity has arisen for a successful candidate to report directly into the Head of Financial Distribution, to support with a range of analysis requirements to help drive forward the Advice business. The role activities range from standard monthly analysis requirements, to understanding how the benefits of the advice strategy are being realised, as well as many ad-hoc pieces of work as required that will provide a great opportunity for personal development., Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and other BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data sources, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

The role will also involve Preparing and analysing MI data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement forAdvisor and FA Regional performance, and proactively communicate findings to key stakeholders.

As the role is very varied the candidate must be comfortable working with ambiguity and problem solving. The role requires senior stakeholder interactions so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Advanced use of excel and Microsoft office applications essential.

This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious and career driven and wants to learn and understand the full picture of the advice business. It's a great steppingstone to move up the gradings in the future into another area of the Money Business.

You will be joining the Financial Advice Distribution team, consisting of Regional Managers, Senior Financial Advice Supervisors, Specialists and Advisers and liaising with the strategy team. These teams are at the forefront of providing our customers with financial advice in the fields of investments, pensions, inheritance planning and retirement, providing the highest levels of service.
