Full Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting for an Export Administrator to join our team in Bridlington. This is a new role that has come about due to the growth of the business and will be pivotal in the success of the hides and skins division of Dunbia (UK). Dunbia hides and skins team based at Carnaby are a small, dedicated and friendly team responsible for the processing, sale and transportation of hides and skins from all the Dunbia sites across the UK. We are unashamedly passionate about our business, and we welcome progressive individuals who will share our passion and contribute positively to the further success of the company.
We export our products around the world on a daily basis, the role will be varied and, at times very fast-paced. Your main tasks will involve the accurate preparation of all documentation associated with exporting to the EU and beyond. You will liaise with a wide variety of people including colleagues from across the UK, hauliers, freight forwarders, the Chamber of Commerce and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Export Administration

  • Preparing documentation to a high level of accuracy

  • Raising Purchase orders

  • Stock reconciliation

  • Invoicing

  • Liasing with our customers, hauliers, freight forwarders, and the Chamber of Commerce

    Strong attention to detail

  • High level of accuracy

  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines

  • Handle and manipulate confidential commercial data

  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, verbally and electronically

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and IT packages

  • Excellent listening and analytic skills

  • Export Experience Desirable

  • Full training will be given
