Experienced In-House Recruiter

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to join our HR team at our Head Office based in Poole. Our in-house recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of a number of roles across the company. Coordinating the process from taking initial vacancy brief, to conducting telephone interviews, organising face to face interviews, and managing the offer process. It is important to us that our candidates have the very best experience throughout the recruitment process, and our in-house recruiter will help to upskill and coach our hiring managers to achieve this whilst ensuring that the best hiring decisions are made every time.

• Collaborate with the HR Team and Department heads to determine hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.


• Taking a vacancy brief from a hiring manager and agreeing a timetable for recruitment.


• Drafting engaging adverts and postings these across relevant job boards.


• Sifting CV's and screening candidates, ensuring that the best talent is presented to the hiring manager.


• Building and maintaining rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the hiring manager.


• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment schemes.


• Processing job applications and offers via the ATS.


• Working collaboratively with our internal marketing team on website and social media campaigns


• Reviewing metrics to improve the recruitment process including, quality of hire, time to offer, source of hire and direct hire rate.


• Stay updated with current recruiting methods and participate in job fairs and career events.
  
  Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter or similar role within a busy, fast paced environment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience.


• Taking a proactive approach to engaging talent and pride yourself on providing an excellent candidate experience.


• Confident in advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening CV's to assess suitability, performing telephone interviews and supporting hiring managers.


• Experience of working on multiple vacancies at the same time.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.


• Experience of using ATS., 2 years pervious experience within recruitment
