Full Job Description

As an Employment Law Advisor, you will specialise in employment law, primarily handling HR and employment-related legal issues including the conduct of Employment Tribunal cases. This role involves providing telephone advice and managing casework for our clients, similar to that of a Lawgistics Legal Advisor but with a focus on HR. You may also assist with commercial litigation cases periodically., Provide expert advice and support on a range of employment law issues to our client base which ranges from small independent dealerships to large franchise operations.

  • Manage and resolve HR-related inquiries and cases.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.

  • Support the continuous improvement of HR services.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

    Proven experience in employment law, HR advisory, or a related field.

  • Ability to think methodically and form balanced arguments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex cases.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Legal background, training, or education in HR and employment law preferred.
