Employee Relations Business Partner

This person will primarily support and work with employees in Zoom's international regions while collaborating across global organizations at Zoom. We are looking for someone with the ability to build relationships quickly, while partnering with warmth, empathy and compassion. You have the creativity to think inside and outside the box to drive the right solutions.,

• Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, or 5+ years experience working in Employee Relations, with at least 3+ years experience conducting complex ER investigations.


• Have the ability to maintain current and relevant knowledge of corporate policies and practices, employment law and other regulations


• Have experience working with HR Information Systems (Workday, Service Now etc)


• Have proven experience in managing high volume investigation caseloads with time management and prioritization skills


• Have a high degree of integrity and competence dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information


• Have the ability to use data to form hypotheses, and to operate and advise in the "gray" areas
