Full Job Description

As we continue to grow, so do our opportunities so if you're already an experienced eLearning Content Creator, we'd love to hear from you. You will be working closely with a great group of people with many years' industry experience who are supportive, collaborative and very inclusive., We are looking for a creative and motivated eLearning Content Creator to join our training team. As an eLearning Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing engaging and effective digital learning materials. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for education and instructional design to contribute to the development of innovative eLearning content.,

  • Design and develop eLearning content, including interactive modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging and effective digital content.

  • Utilise eLearning authoring tools and multimedia software to create interactive and visually appealing materials.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in eLearning and instructional design.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content meets instructional design standards and is error-free.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and instructional designers.

    Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an eLearning Content Creator or similar role.

  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline & Rise).

  • Knowledge or experience of 3D modelling (e.g. Solidworks) would be an advantage.

  • Strong creative and visual design skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.


  • Requirements:
  • Portfolio showcasing previous eLearning projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for staying updated on eLearning trends and emerging technologies.

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary p.a.
