As a Room Leader, you'll play an integral role within our management team, collaborating closely with our dedicated Room Manager, Ellie. Together, you'll foster a nurturing environment that sparks curiosity and ignites imagination, ensuring every child enjoys unparalleled early childhood experiences within our farm-based setting.

Nestled within a fully operational farm, Mini Explorers offers a wealth of hands-on learning opportunities. From feeding our friendly pigs, sheep, goats, and alpacas to exploring the inner workings of a Combine Harvester with Farmer Mark, each day is brimming with excitement and endless possibilities. Our nursery provides a truly unique backdrop for both children and staff alike.

Ideal for Early Years Educators aspiring for career progression or seasoned Room Leaders seeking a fresh challenge, this role offers 37.5 hours of weekly engagement across 5 days.
