Early Years Practitioner Level 3

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and educational programs

- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and creativity

- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress

- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Provide support and guidance to children with their personal, social, and emotional development

- Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support

- Collaborate with other educators to plan and organize special events or outings

Hold a recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education)

- Have experience working with children in an early years setting

- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written

- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
