Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Early Years Practitioner to join our 'Excellent' school in Bingley.

As an Early Years Practitioner at Lady Lane Park School, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged 2 - 4 years, fostering their social, emotional and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play and thoughtful guidance.

About the Role

Contract type: Full-time, permanent, all year round

Working hours: Monday - Friday either between 7:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Start date: Immediate start available

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A willingness to train towards or holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare.

  • Previous experience working in a Nursery setting.

  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a gift for turning everyday moments into magical learning opportunities.

  • Create and implement fun and stimulating lessons that promote learning and development.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and exploration.

  • Promote social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through a variety of educational activities and play.
