Full Job Description
- Manage our dome village in an enchanting garden setting. Enhance guests communal dining experience- taking charge of creating the perfect atmosphere, guiding guests on a tour of our no-dig kitchen garden and working with the grill chef and team -whatever it takes to make an unforgettable dining experience for your guests
- As part of our assistant restaurant manager team, you will also be supporting the Food & Beverage operation in the day to day running of our Restaurant, indoor and outdoor function spaces, and wonderful terrace
- Managing a team of engaged individuals working a long side our senior restaurant team mainly in the domes but also across multiple outlets including cross training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent
- With your high levels of communication skills, passion for the ultimate guest experience and potential for managing the team effectively, you will be instrumental in laying a 'path of success' for our restaurant team
- Take pride in setting and maintaining the recognised standards in the restaurant while looking after your guests and supporting team training on the service journey and ensuring industry and legal standards are fulfilled for health and safety and allergen awareness
