Full Job Description

This role is necessary to support the growth and operations of our cybersecurity operations team. This is a global role and the regional point of contact for directory services. This role requires deep subject matter expertise and is responsible for supporting our governance and security hardening efforts.,

  • Regional SPOC for the technology stack and tier 3 technical support escalation point for both corporate and industrial control Active Directories

  • Contribute to Active Directory capacity planning, metrics, reporting, domain controller placement

  • Contribute to PKI capacity planning, reporting, certificate template usage, design

  • Contribute to Cybersecurity Operations roadmap

  • Cybersecurity Operations and Directory services advocate for the region

  • Primary resource for CIP activities including both technical and governance capabilities

  • Remediate insecure findings within Active Directory

  • Plan and execute changes for CIP and operational issues

  • Ensure monitoring and alerting is active for all Active Directory Systems

  • Participate in generating documents improving operational security and governance

    Expert level understanding of Active Directory Domain Services and related/underlying technologies (Group Policy, Lightweight Directory Services, AD Schema, Certificate Services, etc)

  • Expert Level understanding of Active Directory deployment design (Sites and Services, Active Directory Replication, Domains and Trusts)

  • Expert level understanding of DNS, DHCP, LDAP

  • Strong Experience in Active Directory Security Hardening

  • Experience in Active Directory Health Monitoring

  • Experience in Active Directory disaster recovery planning and execution

  • Understanding of Microsoft's RAMP and legacy Tier Access models

  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting

  • Functional understanding of cybersecurity kill chain

  • Knowledge of Quest Software Solutions (Change Auditor, Active Roles, GPO Admin, RMAD) a plus
