This is a Full Time, Permanent position.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a pivotal and broad-ranging leadership role which will enable us to achieve our strategic priorities and growth. You will provide inspired leadership encompassing Finance and Accountancy, ICT and Digitalisation, and be a crucial Company Secretary for the organisation; ensuring bdht can deliver high quality, professional services. As a qualified accountant with a commercial approach, you'll bring to us considerable energy and drive along with a track record of improving performance in a regulated environment. An experienced strategic leader, you'll be engaging, accountable and collaborative, will help us successfully deliver organisational strategic objectives, as well as contribute to the positive and empowering culture of the organisation. Strong in managing customer facing teams, you will ensure we meet all of our legal and regulatory requirements and continue to be an impressive, financially viable and well governed organisation.
