Deputy Manager residential children's care

It is paramount to the success of the organisation and the homes which we operate ensuring that they are operating at the highest standards possible whilst also working closely alongside the Registered Manager of the home.

We are looking hire a deputy manager, who has experience working within a residential children's setting with Deputy Manager experience in EBD setting. You MUST have NVQ diploma in Children and Young People.

• Perform supervision for staff


• Ability to lead from the front


• Proven understanding of Ofsted Requirements


• Excellent Organizational Skills


• Ensure high standards of care are always met


• Thorough understanding of Regulations and Legislations that impact upon a Children Residential Care Setting.


• Support the staff team, and to have a hands-on approach to with the daily running of the home.


• To be able to think on their feet and outside the box when challenges arise.


• To bring positive energy to the home and staff team while maintain authority in your role as deputy manager.
