Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading from the front in service; this isn't an administrative focused role.
Payroll management.
Stock ordering and inventory management.
Hiring, training and performance management of your team.
Maintaining brand standards (quality really matters!)
Ensuring EHO/safety standards are met.
Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment in your store.

Our focus has always been online, and most of our locations are delivery and collection orientated - but our food is always cooked fresh to order and high quality, no matter what. From our six locations, across three cities, we now feed over 10,000 people a week and The Burgerism Meal is one of the most delivered dishes on Deliveroo.
