Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of #TeamCBC!

We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.

The Council is recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Democratic Services and Mayoralty Support Officer.

The role involves providing administrative and general support to the Democratic Services and Mayoralty Team.

You will have significant administration experience in a busy office environment and have experience of working with IT systems including word processing, electronic diaries, desk top publishing, databases and spreadsheets.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work both within a team and individually. You will also need to be able work accurately and methodically under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and continuous customer service improvement is essential.

Charnwood is one of the largest shire district councils in the country based on population, serving around 183,000 people.
