Full Job Description
- Create and execute data architecture strategies that align with the organization's targets.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into technical solutions alongside Enterprise Architects.
- Design data models, database schemas, and data integration processes to support business applications and analytical needs.
- Assess and recommend technologies and tools that support scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and engage in data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Enhance data storage, retrieval, and processing mechanisms for improved efficiency and performance.
Demonstrated experience in a Data Architecture role, preferably within a SaaS/Software company or with proven transformation experience. - Extensive knowledge of data modelling principles, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and customer 360 initiatives.
- Proficient with data modelling tools.
- Strong grasp of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data pipeline architectures.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
