Full Job Description

  • Managing emails and phone calls

  • Delivering customer service at reception

  • Using social media as a tool to increase the customer base

  • General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of a busy reception area

    1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA), Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Creative, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 3) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 3) Desired

They offer golf coaching and other services such as club repair and ball fitting. They offer a junior educational experience and have the highest level of technology on offer.

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

  • As a business, we operate; 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week. The Apprentice will complete 40 hours a week and will be expected to work one of the days at the weekend., You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience.
