As a Customer Representative, you will deal with customer communications (calls, emails) within agreed SLA's and in line with our quality standards.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.


  • Positively promote the company and product at all times.


  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.


  • Play your part in delivering excellent service standards across all customer facing channels including SLAs, answer rates and minimising call waiting times.


  • Adherence to shift patterns.


  • Provide a great customer experience.


  • Achieve monthly call quality standards.

    Previous experience in a customer-facing role.


  • Ability to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision.


  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills.


  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.


  • Basic understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems.


  • Proactive about your own development.


  • CORE COMPETENCIES:

    Self-Motivation, Attention to Detail, Customer-oriented (Internal and external customers), Strong Oral and Written Communication, Team Work.

  • Full-time, 35 paid hours per working week. Monday to Saturday, range of shifts between 9am -6pm.
