Full Job Description

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be making contact with customers, on behalf of multiple clients. You will be the face of not only our business, but that of our clients too. With a variety of responsibilities, we are looking for someone to;·

  • Make outbound calls generating service bookings or sales leads and appointments for existing customers

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Identifying upsell opportunities, promoting the benefits of additional products and services as appropriate

  • Support inbound customers with enquiries and convert into bookings

  • Proactively action and respond to leads and enquiries from multiple systems within strict time frames

  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data

  • Accurately record all contacts and information in CRM & DMS

  • Achieve and exceed targets

  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about existing or potential customers

  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

  • Full training and induction will be provided. (Office based initially for a minimum of 6-8 weeks depending on previous experience, then hybrid)

    Full and part time positions available with the flexibility to work around other commitments such as studying and childcare (must be discussed at time of interview).

    Starting pay £11.63 per hour with a competitive commission structure

    30 days paid holiday + extra days for length of service

    Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

  • Every weekend

  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime
