Full Job Description

  • Take ownership of the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring proper configuration, customisation, and optimisation for both Sales and Marketing teams

  • Administer user access, permissions, and roles to align with business needs and individual user requirements.

  • Manage inbound enquiries and put in place processes to ensure they're directed to the appropriated team/individual

  • Be responsible for the delivery of all external communications to clients (non-Marketing related).

  • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and updates to implement best practices.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead management processes, with a key focus being inbound deals.

  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads through the CRM system.

  • Regularly audit and clean the database to maintain data accuracy.

  • Design and develop reporting pipelines to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for board reporting.

  • Provide regular reports to leadership, sales, and marketing teams to inform decision-making.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to build logical and stable workflows.

  • Streamline and automate processes within the CRM to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Identify opportunities for integration with other tools and systems to enhance overall functionality.

  • Conduct training sessions for sales on HubSpot CRM usage.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to CRM users.

  • Create documentation and resources to assist users in maximizing CRM capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.

  • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate HubSpot CRM with other systems (Inforex, Microsoft Teams etc.)


  • KPIs & OBJECTIVES

  • Improve inbound deals to conversion rate

  • Create effective sequences and workflows for sales and Marketing teams to minimise manual workload and engage prospects at all lifecycle stages

  • Build dynamic reporting for stakeholders across the business, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing and the board

  • Ensure exchange of data between Inforex and Hubspot i.e. dynamic revenue information.

  • Ensure all contacts are populated with critical data (name, company, email address, industry)

    5+ years of CRM experience


  • Competent with Hubspot CRM with at least 3-4 years experience specifically on Hubspot.

    Demonstratable track record of success with building and optimising inbound pipelines

    In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and lead generation processes.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    We work on a hybrid basis with Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from our office in central London.
