Full Job Description

As a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them with this new role, to lead and deliver project activities related to social value and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) on a range of exciting, high profile projects

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing client relations

  • Building relationships with the wider Kier team to get them on board with Sustainability and Social Value Delivery

  • Organize and host meetings with clear agendas on how the Social Value requirements for the particularly contracts will be achieved.

  • Keep on top of all reporting requirements both internally and externally, which vary per contract and client.

    Understanding of and experience of working with the Social Value Act

  • Experience of delivering Social Value in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Experience of Community engagement

  • Experience of promoting a Social Value culture across a business and balancing Social Value with commercial pragmatism

  • Experience of working with Schools / Colleges
