Full Job Description

ACS International Schools is currently seeking a Corporate and Relocation Development Manager, to join our Marketing, Development and Admissions team.

This role is pivotal in contributing to the overarching ACS Strategy aimed at driving enrolment among Corporates, expatriates, and individuals undergoing relocation. The primary focus lies in positioning ACS as the preferred educational institution for expatriates and assignees, while also spearheading market development initiatives through insights, strategic communication, and networking efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Senior Planning, Insight & Research Manager to develop and implement a UK Relocation and Corporate Growth Strategy.


  • Initiate and oversee School Relocation events, conducting one per school, per year, in coordination with School Marketing Managers.


  • Lead in formulating and executing a social media strategy aimed at driving corporate enrolment and targeting the expatriate market, with a specific emphasis on LinkedIn, ensuring adherence to ACS social media guidelines. Expand the network and outreach of followers through compelling and influential content.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to brainstorm ideas for engaging with the corporate market, including proactive sharing of industry thought leadership content such as mini-videos and podcasts.


  • Optimise the customer journey through effective targeted campaigns, leveraging data analysis to refine strategy.


  • Identify and champion the International Schools market, focusing on global mobility, and develop an annual marketing plan accordingly.


  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on industry trends, insights, and activities, presenting a monthly report to the Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, and Senior Planning, Insight & Research Manager.


  • Participate in relevant industry events and conferences, building networks and establishing oneself as a key spokesperson, while also developing expertise in the field.


  • Initiate PR opportunities within Corporate and Relocation markets, serving as a foundation for digital content, press releases, and quarterly e-magazines, thereby enhancing ACS's presence in these markets.


  • Budget ownership, including budgeting for relocation events (circa £30k).


  • Accountability for cultivating the market segment that significantly contributes to ACS revenue.


  • Essential requirements:

    · Strong interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.

    · Demonstrate excellent gravitas and confidence.

    · Exhibit a self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    · Maintain a positive demeanor with a flexible, can-do approach, along with adaptability to change.

    · Willingness to attend evening networking events outside of regular office hours and occasional international travel.

    · Possess strong influencing skills to nurture relationships and motivate individuals.

    · Demonstrate a pioneering, growth-oriented attitude with a penchant for challenging the status quo.

    · Ability to showcase strategic thinking complemented by excellent written communication skills.

    Working Pattern: Part time, three or four days per week. Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm. The position necessitates travel to all three ACS Schools, London, and other event locations, including online events.
