Cook

We are looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers., You must be able to work split shifts, 5 days out of 7
Ensure that high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully
Maintain accurate records of wastage
Order and manage stock levels of ingredients and kitchen equipment
Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times.

knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Food Hygiene Level 2, This can be done on site.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
