Commis Chef

Murrays is a family run, independent business, since 1984 and we are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.

As a proud local gem for the Good Food Guide for 17 consecutive years, we pride ourselves in seeking out the best independent Italian and British suppliers.

The job will involve -

• Making high quality dishes following our standards


• Ensuring the food preparations are well maintained and controlled


• Working closely with all of our Chefs and Front of House team


• Creating menu ideas and developing dishes


• Keeping the kitchens fully stocked and organising produce ordering


Experience for this role is essential. Rotas are done monthly and received up to 6 weeks in advance.
