As the Commercial and Marketing Business Manager at Change Talks within the Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust, you play a vital role in driving the success of our services. Your primary focus is on strategically developing and implementing marketing plans within the UK market. These plans aim to enhance revenue generation for our school-based educational service and health education for businesses. Your responsibilities include leading initiatives to drive financial growth, emphasising return on investment analysis to ensure sustainability.

Additionally, you will tailor marketing plans for commercialising health education programmes in the corporate landscape, promoting well-being and emotional health among employees while prioritising income generation. Spearheading local and regional expansion through effective marketing and partnerships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and developing a vision aligned with the UK market are also key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you'll streamline operations for operational efficiency and quality assurance within the UK market.

As the Commercial and Marketing Business Manager at Change Talks (CT) within the Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust, your role is multifaceted and pivotal to the success of our services. Your primary responsibility lies in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aimed at optimising the commercialisation of CT services.

You will also be tasked with driving financial growth, ensuring that Change Talks evolves into a financially sustainable entity. Leading initiatives with a focus on return on investment analysis will be crucial in achieving this objective. Additionally, your role involves tailoring marketing plans and strategies specifically for the corporate sector, aiming to promote well-being, resilience, and emotional health among employees while also prioritising income generation.

Expansion, locally and regionally, is another key aspect of your role. Developing and executing strategic plans to broaden CT presence within existing territories will require effective marketing tactics and forging partnerships. Collaboration with stakeholders, ranging from governmental bodies to local businesses, will be essential in ensuring the sustained success and influence of CT through strategic marketing initiatives.

You'll drive the development of a comprehensive vision for CT, aligning it with the evolving needs and opportunities in the UK market. This involves creating marketing strategies that resonate effectively with the local audience.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
