Full Job Description
- To provide a first-class service with regard to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers by proactive telephone/email campaigns to achieve weekly collections.
- Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
- To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues.
- Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
- Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.
To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a recovery executive to join our collections department. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company., At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance. - Be highly reliable, organised and adaptable.
- Have excellent attention to detail and be confident working with numbers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.

- Fluent in English and Dutch.

Salary: £28,000 + £10,000 bonus paid quarterly (depending on performance)
