Full Job Description

This is a very busy role and involves working closely with other teams within the physio solutions business and the wider PAM group. The job therefore requires excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role and environment essential. The job will require an excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal forms.

Your duties will include:

· Managing telephone calls

· Email communication both internally and externally

· Liaising with clients

· Client queries, including a query log and responses

· Responsible for meeting KPIs for responses to emails and queries

· Liaising with the head of client services and escalating any issues where necessary

An opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator has arisen for PAM Physio solutions. We are seeking an experienced/motivated individual to provide an effective service and client communication., With previous administrative experience, you will have excellent organisational skills, customer service skills and a great communicator.

With strong IT, as well as an eye for detail. You will be able to work efficiently and accurately even during the busiest of times

You may have experience of the following: Customer service, Client services, office administrator, account manager, etc.,
