  • At Life Balance Chiropractic Centre our team are coachable and has the humility to seek out, welcome and implement feedback. They are self-motivated and self-directed learners. In fact, lateness, excuse-makers, problem bringers and pessimists don't last long here. Our team work together and share the credit. In fact, glory hogs, stars, blamers and those eager to escape accountability or act entitled don't last very long here either. Our team genuinely care and connects with each other and our clients. They respect each other, are positive, take personal responsibility, love to be held and hold each other accountable to high standards of behaviour and performance. They are other-orientated, self-aware and act with empathy. In fact, those ignorant, who find blame and fault and don't want to be pushed out of their comfort zone or take ownership and personal responsibility don't last long here.
Our team use system thinking for any recurring tasks and challenges that either they or our clients face, knowing the little details make the most significant difference. In fact, those that like to make it up as they go or don't like using proven systems and best practices as well as improving them just don't last here. We are not for everybody.
