Full Job Description

This is a permanent role for a high-level network professional responsible for the overall strategy and vision for an organization's network infrastructure. This role involves developing and implementing the organization's network architecture, overseeing the design and deployment of complex network systems, and ensuring the network is reliable, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
+ Developing and maintaining the organization's network strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
+ Evaluating and selecting network hardware and software components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
+ Developing and implementing network security protocols, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats.
+ Overseeing the design and deployment of complex network systems, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
+ Leading the network-related projects, including planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
+ Collaborating with other technology teams to integrate network systems with BSS/OSS applications and data analytics.
+ Managing network budgets, including capital and operational expenditures.
+ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Telecommunications Security Act.
+ Staying up to date with new network technologies, trends, and best practices and recommending changes or upgrades to the organization's network architecture.
+ Managing a team of network engineers and architects, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure they are meeting the organization's goals.
You will have a strong technical background in networking technologies and protocols, as well as extensive experience in network design and implementation. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders effectively.
