Catering Unit Business Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a Catering Unit Business Supervisor to work 37 hours per week.
Monday - Friday, this will also include occasional evening and weekend work.

The post holder will play a key role in enhancing the student experience at Birmingham Newman University and ensuring that the catering services maintain our very high standards. You will be an essential team member in providing an exceptional catering service to staff, students and external visitors. You will also support the head of catering and the kitchen manager in their day-to-day duties and ensure compliance with all food service, safety standards and operational controls. You will carry out general food preparation and service duties within Birmingham Newman University. A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a team are also essential.
