Full Job Description

As a café assistant joining our friendly Mole Avon team, your role will involve preparing and serving food and beverages to our customers, keeping our café & farm shop clean & tidy, and providing excellent customer service.

  • First Aid training.

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.

  • Catering: 1 year

  • Hospitality: 1 year

  • Customer service: 1 year

  • Barista: 1 year


    • Essential Qualities & Experience:
  • Good communication.

  • Flexibility.

  • Positive attitude.


    • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


    • Experience:
  • Catering: 1 year (preferred)

  • Barista: 1 year (preferred)

    The right candidate must be flexible with their working hours as our stores are open 7 days a week including weekends. There may be occasions when you may need to work early mornings and evenings as part of your role.
