Full Job Description

The role of Business Development Manager will be an integral addition to the Business Development Team, mapping out all acute mental health services nationwide to develop admissions for The Langford Centre., The Business Development Manager will work to improve Bramley Health's market position and foster initiatives that help achieve financial growth. They will manage business development activities by driving sales activities and the acquisition of new admissions, referrals, clients, and new business, mapping out all acute mental health services nationwide to develop admissions for The Langford Centre specifically., o Building relationships with Integrated Care Boards, mental health trusts, local authorities, and continuing healthcare teams nationwide
o Support the BD Executive and Referrals Coordinator to drive referrals for customers through to admission in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
o Research projects in segmented areas where we have the least traction to maximise our exposure and to seek new business contacts

BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED, RESULTS DRIVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM., o Strong experience within a business development role
o Experience within a similar healthcare organisation or the NHS
o Target focused and sales driven
o Good communication and organisation skills
o Results driven, pro-active approach to own workload
o Understanding of a CRM database
o Time management and prioritisation skills
o Customer service focused
